Why is pricing custom?
Every events program is different — in volume, format mix, team size, and infrastructure needs. We scope your plan around your actual event calendar rather than forcing you into a generic tier that doesn't fit. You only pay for what you'll use.
Are there per-seat or per-attendee fees?
No. EngageIQ charges a flat annual fee based on your event program scope. There are no per-seat, per-registration, or per-attendee charges. Your budget stays predictable regardless of how many people attend your events.
Is the managed delivery team included in the price?
Yes — always. Strategy, setup, moderation, production, and post-event wrap are included in your plan. We don't charge extra for "professional services." The team that runs events alongside you is part of what you're paying for.
Can I run online, hybrid, and in-person events on the same plan?
Yes. All event formats — online, hybrid, and in-person — are included in your plan. You don't need separate subscriptions or add-ons to run different event types.
How quickly can we get started?
Most teams are running their first event within 2–3 weeks of signing. Our onboarding team handles the technical setup, brand configuration, and first-event production alongside you so there's no ramp-up chaos.
